What is your experience in the offshore/marine industry?

We have a strong track record of working with marine and offshore industry clients where we provide innovative solutions and improve supply chain resilience. We also have extensive experience designing and manufacturing solutions for the fishing industry where our nets, ropes, and other products are used in the toughest of environments. How are your tag lines different from other solutions?

Firstly, we can design a customised tag line solution that will meet your requirements. In addition, there are a number of features that come as standard with our tag line solutions that help solve common problems. This includes an over-braided cover that makes our tag lines abrasion and tangle-resistant. We also add a spiral effect to increase grip, especially when the tag lines are being used in slippery conditions. There are no knots or areas to snag, and our solutions are designed so they won't catch on pinch points.

Do you offer lifting solutions that improve safety?

We design our solutions with safety in mind, plus we have a number of safety-focused products. Examples include our GrabIQ all-inclusive chain sling system that makes lifting actions quicker and easier, as well as our WRIN handle that prevents operator injury when attaching and releasing chains and slings from chain hooks.

Do you offer silage cover nets?

Yes, our silage cover netting solutions will stop birds from getting to the plastic coverings on your silage, haylage, and pits. This protects the plastic covering and keeps the bales fully sealed, optimising the nutrients inside the bale.

How do I order a custom netting solution?

At SNG, we specialise in providing custom netting solutions for farmers, agriculture businesses, and horticulture businesses. We'll get an understanding of the application for the netting and the dimensions, and we can give advice on the most suitable netting types. We have extensive experience designing and manufacturing netting for customers in a range of industries, including the fishing industry where our nets are used in the toughest of underwater environments. We use this netting experience and knowledge when developing solutions for our agriculture and horticulture industry customers.

Do your netting solutions meet construction industry standards?

We design fall arrest netting to EU standard EN-1263-1, plus we can provide you with fully certified solutions. In fact, the fall arrest netting that we design and manufacture exceeds construction industry standards to maximise safety while remaining value for money. For example, our fall arrest netting is UV stabilised to ensure it retains its strength, durability, and impact resistance over the long term.
